Holiday Home Sales

 

Almost all customers who have bought a holiday home with York House say that finding the right park in the right location is the most important step. 

 

Each of our parks offers a range of holiday homes and due to their proximity we can often move homes between parks, so if you find the right park but your perfect holiday home is on another that should be no problem!  Availability of holiday homes is ever changing and we actively source both pre-owned and new in order to offer customer choice. All the prices we quote are 'move in' prices, they include all the costs of connecting the caravan to services & safety checks.

We can provide excellent finance on many homes, with a maximum finance period of 10 years, dependent upon age of the home.  How much you want to pay each month will vary from person to person, below are a few guides:

 

Each amount is based on 6 years (72 months) at 9.9% APR.  Please note these figures are as a guide only.  We would be happy to discuss exact requirements.

 

Sum borrowed (examples)

 

£10,000 over 72 months  = £182.63 per calendar month.

£15,000 over 72 months  = £273.95 per calendar month.

£20,000 over 72 months  = £365.27 per calendar month.
